3-year warranty on all vinyl station record cabinets
At Vinyl Station, we develop beautiful designs from thoughtful materials to ensure quality. We offer a 3 year warranty on all our product designs. However, we expect them to last much longer.
The warranty provided by Vinyl Station is according to the terms and conditions.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers workmanship and material defects on all products from our range. We craft recycled HDPE plastic and reclaimed Australian timber, and these materials have character, which at times cannot be removed. Therefore, we communicate these particular ‘characters’ to each customer before we ship.
How long does the warranty last?
The warranty is valid for 3 years from the purchase date, or from the date the product is delivered to you.
Warranty claims
Warranty claims are to be made directly with Vinyl Station by emailing boris@vinylstation.com.au
The warranty claim must be made within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect, and within the warranty period. Presentation of the receipt of purchase must be confirmed, with photographs of the defect.
What’s not covered by the warranty
Scratches from use, general wear and tear, or other damage caused by improper use such as accidents is not covered. If a Vinyl Station has been moved, shifted or lifted with anything within the cabinet, then any damage caused by this weight is not covered under the warranty. The warranty will not cover a Vinyl Station that has been used improperly, or stored improperly, altered or exposed to high temperature fluctuations, placed in direct sunlight.
What do we do to correct the defect?
If a complaint is made, Vinyl Station will examine the issue, and if covered within the warranty and endeavour to rectify the defect, with replacement panels, and possibly replacement. Replacements will rely on the availability of the original material.
